Most people build in private. They refine in silence. They wait until the product is polished, the strategy is airtight, the brand is consistent, and the doubters are gone.
We did the opposite.
Across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Building out loud. Testing ideas. Sharing frameworks before they had names. Documenting the thinking before the product existed. Not as a strategy. As a way of working.
My ideas were not manufactured in boardrooms.
They were lived.
Build-in-public sounds romantic now. In late 2024 it looked like this: posting from parking lots in Northeast Ohio. Filming ideas half-formed. Rebuilding the offer when it didn't land. Changing the name. Changing the format. Changing the framing. And posting every version of it. Across every platform.
Instagram. LinkedIn. Facebook. Everywhere. Testing what resonated. Learning in public. Showing the real process, not the highlight reel.
Every time the direction shifted, it was documented. Every time something didn't work, it was acknowledged. Every time there was a breakthrough. it was shared before it was polished.
In 2024, building in public wasn't a trend. It wasn't a content strategy. It wasn't something people called brave or innovative.
It was just what we did. Posting from parking lots. Filming half-formed ideas. Sharing the pivots as they happened. Before anyone had a name for it.

The build was real before it was recognized. The work existed before the audience. The frameworks were named before anyone asked for them.

No announcement. No strategy doc. No launch plan. Just someone who had been sitting inside the gaps of organizations for 15 years. watching what broke, watching what worked, watching what everyone else stepped over. And deciding to start talking about it out loud.
Posting on Instagram. Posting on LinkedIn. Posting on Facebook. Testing ideas, sharing frameworks half-formed, building the thinking in public before the product existed. Not because it was a tactic. Because it was the only honest way to work.
Nobody was watching. We posted anyway.
Building something new in public, before it's proven, before it has an audience, before the revenue exists. That takes a specific kind of conviction.
Not everyone around had that conviction. That's okay. The vision was always hers.
We kept posting.
The work kept evolving. The offers changed. The positioning shifted. The name hadn't landed yet. The revenue wasn't there yet. None of that stopped the posting.
This is the period most people would have gone private. Waited until it was polished. Waited until it was proven. We didn't. Every pivot was posted. Every iteration was public. The whole messy, real, unfinished process. documented.
That's what makes the record real.
People assumed I went to Thailand to get centered. To rest. To figure things out in silence.
That's not why I went.
I went looking for something specific. Friends who didn't know anything about me. People who had no history with me, no preconceived ideas, no version of me they were attached to. People who would just meet me — as I am now — and form their own opinion based on exactly that.
I found them. All over the world. Business leaders, builders, people doing real things in real places. We explored remote temples and mountains I literally stumbled upon. We talked about what the market was doing globally. What was being built. What was coming to America that most people hadn't seen yet.
They accepted me. Just as I am. No explanation required.
That kind of clarity — the kind that comes from being seen by people who have no reason to see you any other way — is something you can't manufacture. You have to go find it.
I also asked the hard questions while I was there. What am I genuinely great at? What can I offer that few others can? How do I help solve the problems I've watched repeat themselves throughout my entire career?
The answers didn't come from a strategy session. They came from finally being in a room — or on a mountain, or at a table with strangers who became friends — where nobody needed me to be anything other than exactly who I already was.
I came back with six frameworks, a brand, a body of work, and people in my corner who chose to be there. That's what Thailand was for.
Not with a press release. With a post. "Today. On my 40th birthday. we're live." The website, the five frameworks, the full content system. All of it, live, public, timestamped.
